This magnificent luxury villa in Majorca is conveniently located close to the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals. It boasts incredible sea views and a pool area, there is the option to have the pool heated during the cooler months.
The main house sleeps up to 10 guests, while the guest flat sleeps up to 4 people. The villa has air conditioning, internet access and is a 20 minute drive from Palma airport. It is also close to Palma city, beaches and golf courses.
The private pool measures 45 square metres and is bean-shaped, with night lighting. The patio includes a large outdoor dining area with seating for 10 people and numerous sun loungers, as well as a seating area with a small sofa, outdoor barbecue/kitchen and bar area. The views of the forest and the marina of Puerto Portals are breathtaking.
The villa offers tranquillity and easy access to the nightlife of Mallorca, with Puerto Portals and Palma only 5 and 10 minutes away by car. The area also offers easy access to activities such as horse riding, football, sailing, golf and beaches.
The villa features a spacious open plan living area with entrance hall, lounge and dining room. Entertainment options include a widescreen HD TV with all UK SKY channels, DVD player and Sonos wifi music system both inside and outside the villa. The modern kitchen is equipped with cooker, ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The main house has 5 bedrooms, of which bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. Bedroom 5 has twin beds, and most of the bedrooms offer stunning sea views. For a small supplement you can have the guest flat which includes a small bedroom with double bed and two sofa beds in the living room, as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and living room.

House Rules
- Children's underage must be supervised by a adult at all the times in case of any injuries we are not taking responsibility .
- After living the house close door and turn off the AC, will keep the temperature down and we also look after the environment.
- Please taking trash out and do not leave in the interior due to insects in the area.
- This property is a Luxury villa please make sure to keep in contact with us if your not sure about the function of any of the house utilities .
- Is forbidden party or make evens with out sign permission of the property.
- Visitor are allowed but always keep inform the properties
- Is forbidden open fires fire due to is high risk forest fires area.
- Smoking not allowed inside the house only in the terrace, it’s high risk forest fires, please be careful with cigarettes butts.
- Gardener will be allowed to get in the villa ,on previous request
- No other guest allowed on the property at any time with out agreement.
- In case of not respecting the rules of the house the owner can keep the damage deposit
- is forbidden to make loud noise between 23 to 9.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 60 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. No refund after that.
Travel
We are not responsible if you cannot travel because you do not bring the required documentation.
Complaints
Any complaints or problems during your holidays should be reported as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify your complaint in time. The compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any depending on the circumstances.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable or pay any compensation if our obligations are affected by an event that we could not foresee or avoid. Events such as wars, terrorist activities, labor disputes, natural disasters, fires, biological disasters, and others are not under our control.
Law
These commercial conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Guest Apartment
Use of the Guest Apartment will incur an extra fee of €80 per day. When booking this property, a security deposit of €1500 is needed as insurance against breakages. This is due along with the last rental payment and will be reimbursed within two weeks after your departure. When making a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
